Because of the nature of her wish (manipulation), Kyouko's powers centered around illusion, i.e. fooling people with visions and being able to create multiple copies of herself. Aside from that, she was also able to charm people to be able to get what she wanted or needed. That being said, and also implied in episode seven, Kyouko is no stranger to robbery.
In the beginning of her magical girl career, Kyouko also had a special move called Rosso Fantasma named by Mami herself, which explains it's flowery kind of name. Unfortunately, after what happened with her father, Kyouko has since suppressed these powers. Instead, she uses the magic she learned afterward and relies on her agility as well. An example of her new skills are the ability to create barriers, wards, and using her magic to alter or manipulate objects (what the binoculars actually look like are visible in the background).
She is especially skilled with her spear and can use it for a multitude of things, from scaling walls, to restricting enemies, and to keep people at a distance because of the extensibility of her spear.
Items on their Person:
Whatever is in her pocket at the time (most likely pocky) and her soul gem. When not affixed to the front of her magical girl outfit, it's sealed within a ring on her finger. It doesn't have to stay a ring; all of the girls are able to call on it in its "true" form, which is shaped like something akin to an egg. From her ring, she is also able to summon her weapon: a spear that is able to separate into numerous pieces, linked by chains. A weighted metal ball at the end of this enables her to use her spear to restrain her enemies and render them immobile.
