Your application looks fantastic! However, we feel that Charles' powers as they're currently stated to be nerfed are still a little overpowered. Charles' abilities will be limited to being able to pick up on emotions and vague snippets of thoughts, and put small thoughts and emotions to other people (with their permission, of course). His ability to sense people as you currently have it seems fine.
